Passion & Experience

After more than two decades spent transforming underperforming operations into profitable companies, Andrew decided to dive into the world of entrepreneurism. He bid farewell to executive leadership and turned his talents into a bridge to success for other business owners. His tenacious attitude and astute business acumen helped him forge a successful company in the midst of the Great Recession. Rather than seeing an obstacle to success, Andrew savored the challenge.

His years of experience in the trenches as a small business owner, trusted adviser and valued dealmaker have given Andrew an appreciation for the unique challenges business owners face. He started Cross NW as a way to channel his passion to help entrepreneurs fulfill their dreams. He has worked alongside business owners through sales, mergers and acquisitions, capital formation, private equity, corporate growth strategy, corporate governance and sales growth.

Location, Location, Location

After living in Michigan, Andrew and his wife Donna pulled up stakes for the Pacific Northwest. They raised their children in Seattle, and the Emerald City is where Cross NW was started. As demand grew for Andrew’s services, he decided to expand the operation throughout the Greater Mountain West. In 2016, Andrew and his wife relocated to Park City, Utah, where he opened up another Cross NW office. The company also expanded to Denver, Colorado.
