Damon Pistulka grew up understanding the value of hard work growing up on a large Midwestern family farm in South Dakota. At an early age he realized he liked to figure out how things worked. This served him well growing up as the oldest of 5 siblings tasked with helping his father solve challenges on the farm. From these challenges he developed a passion for building and fixing companies with a hands-on style that has proven effective throughout his career. Damon worked his way through school as an engineering intern, and in his twenties earned the opportunity to design, build, and operate a plastics injection molding facility in the Southeastern USA. In his career, Damon Pistulka has been responsible for the startup, management, and divestiture of many businesses and has earned a reputation as a turn-around and business improvement specialist. Damon’s passion and drive for helping companies exploit opportunities to crush their competitors and dominate markets provides an unwavering focus for Cross NW and our client companies.

Damon Pistulka joined Cross NW bringing 25+ years’ experience, where he held key technical, operational, and executive management positions for companies in diverse industries such as; aerospace & defense, retail automation, automotive, medical, and consumer products. Damon is an architect and implementer of growth initiatives, efficiency improvements, product and process development, financial initiatives, turnarounds, consolidations, business sales, and diversification; Damon has successfully led organizations through these situations while increasing market share, and profitability.
Lead buy/sell side, and due diligence on multiple projects up to $100+ million.
Completed 6 company turn-around assignments in less than 8 years in different industries.
Led several companies to market domination through customer driven business/operational enhancements.
Managed globally focused businesses with multiple locations and revenues in excess of $40 million dollars.
Coordinated multiple industrial facility build outs including green field construction.
Damon resides with his family in Edmonds WA. Damon has been involved in baseball since playing with his brothers in little league, then coaching baseball and was very pleased when his son shared the love of the game. Damon was extensively involved with his son playing competitive baseball on a national schedule. Damon’s passion for the game and desire to help his community led him to serve as the board president for the Seattle Select Baseball Club that fields approximately 15 teams annually playing a national schedule.
The PNW also helped to reignite Damon’s passion for riding motorcycles. The PNW and West Coast have provided a great venue for exploring many rare and beautiful destinations.
