LESSONS FROM THE FARM

Damon Pistulka grew up understanding the value of hard work on a large Midwestern family farm in South Dakota.  At an early age he realized he liked to figure out how things worked.  This served him well as the oldest of 5 siblings helping his father solve the daily challenges of the farming operation.

Damon worked his way through college as an engineering intern, and in his twenties earned the opportunity to design, build, and operate a plastics injection molding facility in the Southeastern USA.

This foundation allowed Damon to subsequently operate and manage businesses in the design, prototyping and production of retail store fixtures, custom fabricated metal products, advanced aerospace components and high tech devices.

Ultimately Damon became a turn-around and improvement specialist for businesses owned by professional investors or holding companies.

Damon approaches business challenges with a hands-on style that has proven effective throughout his career.  Damon’s passion and drive for helping companies exploit opportunities to crush their competitors and dominate markets provides an unwavering focus for Cross NW and our client companies.

Damon’s hands-on experience is an invaluable asset to Cross NW and our Clients who understand the value of having an experienced business improvement specialist/operator on their Team.
